Capsaicin is the active natural chemical that makes a hot pepper "HOT". Hot peppers can range from mild such as Paprika to spicy, like Habeneros. I personally like the ultra-hot varieties from India and Africa. Unfortunately they're hard to get.
Hot peppers come in a number of varieties all considered to be in the Capsicum family, and Capsaicin is essentially the "Nature's Glue" that binds all Capsicum pepper varieties together.
The make-up of Capsaicin's heat source is complicated, but theres no doubt that it provides incredible medicinal potential that cannot be found in any other natural substance.
When I first discovered the power of hot peppers back in 1994, it cured me of my terrible cluster headaches. It was a Godsend. Today, our team has developed an entire line of Sinus Buster nasal sprays that have turned out to be breakthroughs in natural health.
This is the first entry of an important blog that is long overdue, and I will share some of my research in this blog. I have discovered some incredible things concerning Capsaicin and other herbals, and I'd like to use this forum to create a dialog for hot peppers and natural herbal health in general. Although this blog has a focus toward capsaicin, we will go far beyond hot peppers to include everything from exotic herbs to edible fungi.
We look forward to all comments and postings from our daily visitors which average (10,000) unique users daily. Please Note: Any comments using vulgar language or mean spirited comments will be removed!

Interesting stuff. Can capsaicin really stop cancer? Do you know anything about that?

This stuff really works! I received my first bottle of Sinus Buster 4 days ago. I have horrible allergies and sinus headaches that almost always turn into a migrane. Even though it's only been 4 days I'm extremely optimistic that I'll remain headache free!!!

I have not tried the nasal spray yet, but I just completed a 6 day regimen of steroids for chigers and I believe my headaches may be from the steroids. Hope to find some relief from you spray. Thanks, Gail
